Finally, the dream about to come true for the dwellers with the commencement of construction of Dhaleswery bridge over river Dhaleswery, on yesterday 11th February 2012. The construction work was jointly inaugurated by Mr. Abul Kashem, MP elected from Tangail-5 constituency and Mr. Akram Hussain- a renowned personality and mastermind behind this noble work. The 99 meter long bridge is expected to be completed in 12 months time. This bridge will link western part of the Tangail to the mainstream. Many other dignitaries and notable personalities were presents in this inauguration ceremony.
